Are you an experienced Employment Law Solicitor looking to get out of working for the usual big law firms and after something a little different? We're hiring on behalf of a leading commercial law firm for a Solicitor with 3-7 years' PQE in employment law.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm which has been set up be ex-international law firm Partners, working for top tier quality clients, but with a much more forward-thinking, people-first firm approach. This employment law team is in its infancy and so you will have the chance to really shape the growth of this offering at this early point. This firm is known for its supportive culture and diverse client base - from start-ups to established national and international businesses.
As part of this employment law team, you'll work on a broad mix of advisory and contentious employment law matters, for a client base which ranges from start ups to established national and international businesses, as well as Senior Executive work.
The successful candidate is likely to be:
- Between 3-7 years PQE, UK qualified
- Experienced in a range of employment law matters, which includes ideally both contentious and non-contentious work
- Experienced in some corporate support matters
- Keen to undertake business development
This firm can offer part time and full time positions, as well as flexible working. The culture at the firm is very flexible and so there is no pre-requisite to be in the office, although most people are in 2x a week. There is a competitive salary on offer as well as very low chargeable hours targets (1150) and a bonus scheme.
