Our client, a leading UK firm in wealth management and financial planning, is seeking a talented Financial Planner to join their established team in Leeds. The Opportunity

As a Financial Planner, you'll play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. You'll build long-term, trusted relationships and deliver bespoke financial planning advice tailored to each individual's needs. Working closely with experienced investment and professional services colleagues, you'll provide truly holistic solutions that make a meaningful difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing expert, compliant financial planning and wealth management advice across areas such as retirement, tax efficiency, and inheritance planning
  • Building new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing ones through exceptional service and trust
  • Conducting regular reviews to ensure advice remains relevant to changing client needs and market conditions
  • Collaborating with colleagues across investment and professional services to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing a robust new business pipeline
  • Staying up to date with market developments and continuously developing your technical expertise


About You

You'll be a confident communicator and natural relationship builder with a passion for delivering great client outcomes. You'll combine strong technical knowledge with genuine care for your clients' well-being and success.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience providing holistic financial planning advice on a fee basis
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) - Level 7 or Chartered status desirable
  • An up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
  • A proactive, ethical, and client-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
