We're seeking a Client Service Associate to join a high-performing team, providing exceptional day-to-day support to financial advisers and clients. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting advisers with client review packs, reports, and relevant documentation
- Managing the full lifecycle of the annual review process
- Liaising with advisers to clarify incomplete or missing information
- Providing outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- Experience in financial services, ideally in client support or administration
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and working with digital systems
