We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent financial planning firm located on the outskirts of Redditch. The firm has built a reputation for delivering clear, independent financial advice and tailored solutions for its clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join the Business Support Team. You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers and delivering exceptional service to clients, while developing your skills and career within a growing, independent firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new and existing business and providing full administrative support to advisers
- Maintaining your own task-based diary and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
- Liaising professionally with clients, advisers, and product providers via phone, email, and in person
- Assisting with client reviews and producing policy valuations
- Performing accurate fund switches and asset allocations on various platforms
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, Consumer Duty, and Treating Customers Fairly principles
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in financial services administration
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with back-office systems and investment platforms is desirable
- Driving licence preferred due to limited public transport
