Job description
Idex Consulting have a new opportunity for an IFA administrator to join a large, modern IFA Practice in Glasgow City Centre.
You will be part of a brilliant team providing supporting a team of financial advisers, which includes the company directors
o Prepare suitability reports
o Using IO system and a variety of platforms - in particular Standard Life and Nucleus
o Obtain quotes, illustrations, product information and appropriate paperwork
o Prepare annual reviews/valuations
o Process new business
o Liaise with providers
o Deal with client queries
You will have a hybrid working arrangement. You must have 1 years + experience as an IFA administrator to be successful in your application.
There will be loads of scope for progression should you want this for example paraplanning or becoming an IFA.
