About the role
We are a chartered financial planning and employee benefits practice, directly regulated by the FCA, with a strong reputation for delivering clear, personalised and professional advice. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a qualified Independent Financial Adviser to join our expanding advisory team.
You'll provide holistic financial planning to a range of private and corporate clients, delivering tailored advice across investments, pensions, protection, IHT planning and retirement strategies. With access to an established client base, in-house paraplanning and administrative support, this is an opportunity to focus on client outcomes and build long-term relationships in a compliant, client-centric environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
- Conduct thorough fact-finds, risk profiling and cashflow modelling
- Present clear, compliant recommendations to clients in writing and face-to-face
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
- Work closely with our internal paraplanning and admin team to ensure timely and accurate processing of advice
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and maintain high standards of compliance
- Contribute to business development through referrals, introducers, or networking (optional but supported)
What we're looking for
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
- Experience providing independent financial advice (ideally 3+ years)
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and tax-efficient planning
- Highly client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage your own workflow with support from internal teams
- Drive to maintain high ethical and professional standards

- Salary up to £75,000 (DOE)
