Junior Financial Advisor

Job description

We're partnered with a national IFA business looking for a Junior Financial Advisor to join their thriving Bristol office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified trainee advisor to take over a mature client bank in a desk-based capacity, and gain rare exposure to highly affluent and high-net-worth clients.


About the role:

  • Salary & Progression: Starting at £40,000 with a generous bonus structure
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Bristol office
  • Benefits:
    • Inherit an established client book from a retiring advisor
    • 5% pension contribution
    • Death-in-service benefit (4x salary)
    • BUPA Healthshield plan
    • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years)


What we're looking for:

  • Level 4 qualified and currently advising
  • Ambitious with a desire to progress
  • CAS qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in financial advising
