We're partnered with a national IFA business looking for a Junior Financial Advisor to join their thriving Bristol office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified trainee advisor to take over a mature client bank in a desk-based capacity, and gain rare exposure to highly affluent and high-net-worth clients.
About the role:
- Salary & Progression: Starting at £40,000 with a generous bonus structure
- Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Bristol office
- Benefits:
- Inherit an established client book from a retiring advisor
- 5% pension contribution
- Death-in-service benefit (4x salary)
- BUPA Healthshield plan
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years)
What we're looking for:
- Level 4 qualified and currently advising
- Ambitious with a desire to progress
- CAS qualification is desirable but not essential
- Experience in financial advising
