What you'll be doing

  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, delivering holistic lifestyle financial plans that help them achieve their goals
  • Leading and developing your pod, ensuring team members meet their objectives and the pod remains profitable
  • Overseeing the creation of comprehensive financial strategies, from tax planning to investments, retirement planning and estate planning
  • Conducting and overseeing client review meetings, cashflow modelling and scenario planning
  • Identifying opportunities for new and existing clients while ensuring outstanding client outcomes
  • Mentoring less experienced planners, sharing your expertise to help them grow

What we're looking for

  • Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards)
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, with a strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and trust
  • Leadership experience- able to guide and motivate a small team
  • A proactive, client-first approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
  • Skilled in cashflow modelling and comfortable using financial planning technology
