We're working exclusively with a national legal services business offering exciting opportunities for Paralegals with Civil Litigation experience to join their in-house law firm, specialising in landlord and tenant disputes. This firm will provide a structured development pathway, including the opportunity to qualify as a solicitor through supported training routes to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a civil litigation caseload with a focus on landlord and tenant disputes
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Liaise with clients and third parties to progress cases
- Support senior fee earners and legal teams across multiple stages of litigation
