Are you a detail-oriented Paraplanner looking to join a respected and forward-thinking financial planning firm in the South West?
We're working with a leading chartered financial planning practice with a strong presence across the South West. Known for its client-first approach, collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, this firm is now looking to expand its experienced paraplanning team across its Exeter, Plymouth and Weston-super-Mare offices.

The role
You'll play a crucial part in supporting the firm's Financial Planners, delivering bespoke financial planning solutions through in-depth research and high-quality report writing. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll help ensure clients receive tailored, well-researched and compliant advice.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to support Planners in delivering client recommendations
  • Prepare detailed financial planning reports including cashflow modelling
  • Utilise financial planning software (Intelliflo Office) to manage recommendations and workflow
  • Stay up to date with financial products and industry developments
  • Assist in client meetings, offering insight and technical support
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial planning tools and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, research and analytical skills
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Advanced Diploma desirable)
