The Opportunity

We are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will bring a strong understanding of core financial planning solutions and continue to develop your expertise through exposure to a wide range of client planning scenarios. You will analyse clients' goals and requirements to help construct high-quality financial planning solutions that Advisors can confidently present.
From mid-September 2025, employees and contractors will be expected to work primarily from the office, with flexibility to work hybrid.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide high-quality support for Financial Advisers and Financial Planners
  • Facilitate the smooth processing of new and existing business
  • Liaise effectively with administrative support teams
  • Assist in monitoring the performance and workflow of administrative support to ensure standards and deadlines are consistently met
  • Understand and comply with all relevant regulations, principles, policies and procedures
  • Adhere to conduct risk standards
  • Apply a broad understanding of financial planning solutions while developing further expertise through real client scenarios
  • Analyse clients' aims and needs to help construct robust financial planning solutions for Advisor use
  • Produce detailed, accurate financial plans and analytical information under the guidance of senior team members

What Do You Need to Succeed?



Must-Have

  • CII level 4 diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Strong accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively
