Our client, a Vault 100 firm, is looking to add a mid-level Associate to its payments & Fintech practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most innovative and fast growing groups in the U.S., advising on cutting-edge technology and financial services matters.
The role will focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts in the technology sector. While prior experience in fintech or payments systems is a plus, Attorneys with strong backgrounds in outsourcing, technology transactions, or licensing are also encouraged to apply.
