The Role
You'll join a national brokerage with serious momentum in Scotland's corporate market. You'll:
Own large and complex P&C programmes
Lead insurer relationships and placement strategy
Work alongside client leads to deliver placements that are both technically tight and commercially sharp
Play a big part in market-facing projects and placement solutions
Your clients? Mid-market through to major corporates. Some with multinationals. Some with niche, specialist risks. You'll have technical brokers, account directors, and insurer partners in your corner.

What You'll Need
Solid corporate/large commercial broking background (Property & Casualty)
Strong technical knowledge and insurer relationships
Confidence advising senior stakeholders
Proactive, solutions-first approach to complex risks
Experience with multinational programmes or specialist sectors (real estate, construction, retail) would be handy.
