Job description
Our AmLaw 200 client are seeking a Senior Associate to join its project finance practice.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project finance (lender or borrower side)
- Extensive experience drafting PF Credit Agreements, New York law-governed Security Documents, Consents to Collateral Assignments, Legal Opinions and Project Documents (i.e., EPC Contracts, Offtake Agreements, Supply Agreements and Legal Due Diligence Reports)
- Entrepreneurial and team player
