The team
You'll be taking the reins of this service managing an existing team of around six people. This department is the engine room of our client journey. Their remit is to connect with clients and book referrals for our full suite of services, from in-house advisers to trusted third-party partners. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape this team from the ground up, moulding its direction, refining its processes, and establishing a culture of success that will be critical to the commercial growth of the practice.

Current Hiring Requirements
Job Title: Client Experience & Services Lead
We're looking for a natural leader to build and manage our new service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and performance-managing a team of around six, motivating them to consistently outperform their targets.
- Taking ownership of the team's strategic direction, refining processes, and developing scripts to maximise service conversion rates.
- Using your strong data skills to analyse MI, track KPIs, and present performance insights to the senior management team.
- Working closely with our marketing and corporate teams to ensure our concierge services are perfectly positioned and promoted.
- Managing relationships with internal brokers and external partners to guarantee a smooth, end-to-end service for our clients.
- Bringing your experience from the mortgage industry or a targeted customer service environment to drive quality and results.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range
We are offering a competitive basic salary of between £55,000 and £65,000, dependent on your experience. For an exceptional candidate with a proven track record of building and leading successful teams, we are open to being flexible.
Benefits package
On top of a great salary, you'll be part of a performance-based bonus scheme. The package also includes a company pension, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and your birthday off because we believe you should be celebrating, not working!
