Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex transactional shipping matters.
- Draft, negotiate and advise on a range of maritime contracts.
- Take responsibility for client management and mentoring junior team members.
- Contribute actively to business development and practice growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's international offices.
- Travel internationally as required.
About You
- 5+ years' PQE with strong experience in transactional shipping or ship finance.
- Currently operating at Senior Associate level or equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage transactions independently and lead deal teams.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for client engagement and business development.
- Motivated, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised shipping practice within a firm that values entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and collaboration.
