- Consistently ranked Band 1 for Tax by Chambers and recognized by clients and peers as one of the most sophisticated tax teams globally.
- Practice focuses primarily on private equity transactions (approx. 90% of the client base), including fund formation and M&A tax structuring.
- They represent an elite roster of blue-chip private equity firms and institutional investors, providing associates with unparalleled exposure to complex, high-value transactions.
- Energy sector experience is valued but not essential.
