We've been retained by a global insurer with a reputation for innovation and being a specialist expertise in complex risks to lead the search for an experienced Underwriting Support Analyst. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to international markets, work closely with experienced Underwriters within a niche, complex class of business.
You'll play a key role in supporting the team on a wide range of deals from handling policy documentation and submissions to liaising with brokers and preparing management information - - you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless deal flow and first-class client service.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing policy documents, underwriting files, and submission data with accuracy and efficiency. You'll support Underwriters by gathering applications, loss runs, and other key information to assist in decision-making, while also liaising with brokers and agents to ensure timely responses and smooth deal processes. Additionally, you'll prepare reports and renewal packs, coordinate team logistics and meetings, and take ownership of administrative and project tasks that keep the team running at pace.
Candidates will have 5+ years' experience in insurance with a strong background in policy document management and underwriting support and ll demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
