Rare opportunity to succeed the retirement of a Producer who has built a long-standing $1.2M revenue book of contractor, construction and heavy construction accounts.

This is joining one of those agencies who truly gets the construction industry and have some of the best markets in place, particularly those you'd usually only find amongst the industry's top 10!

This is ideal for a Producer/Broker with a track record of producing steady business ($120k - 150k+ per year) and would like to remove themselves from the aggressive sales culture found within the large Corporate Brokers.

This is a firm who have a number of impending retirements meaning there is a clear path to bigger and better opportunities and potential business to inherit.

Not only will you be joining one of the largest family owned, independent Brokers in the North East, you'll have a dedicated in-house claims team to offer new and existing clients. This is a huge differentiator when competing for new business as you'll be able to provide peace of mind and comfort to your customers.

Do you have expertise within builders risk, contractor's equipment and commercial general liability insurance as part of looking after a general book of business and now looking to specialize?

Not only will you continue to produce profitable business, you'll work with the wider team to ensure the long-standing clients remain happy and renew year on year.

On offer is a salary up to $200,000 plus new business up to 45% and renewals up to 40% (should you carry out your own back office/Account Executive work).

We are interested in talking to Producers in the North East region (New York, Connecticut, New Jersey or Massachusetts), particularly those who have experience developing construction business.
