Lead a team, shape success - without managing a portfolio. We're working with a forward-thinking insurance broker looking to appoint a Commercial Director to lead and develop a team of 9 Account Executives in their Haverhill office. This is a leadership role focused on people, performance, and strategic support - not portfolio management. You'll coach and guide your team, support on complex client work, and help shape the commercial direction of the branch. You might come from a broking background - perhaps you've walked the path of an Account Executive yourself - or you might bring leadership experience from the insurer side. Either way, you'll be a natural leader who thrives on helping others succeed. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing and forward-thinking financial planning firm on a permanent basis. This position has been created as a result of continued company growth and a recent acquisition, making it a great time to join the business as it expands its presence and client base.
