Taylor brings over 8 years of experience within the insurance industry, having held a variety of roles, including Account Executive and New Business SME Consultant. During this time, he obtained Cert CII, strengthening his technical understanding of the market.
For the past 3 years, Taylor has worked within the recruitment market, specialising in technology recruitment with a focus on SAP placements; developing a strong, consultative approach to both clients and candidates.
At IDEX Consulting, Taylor works across the UK & US Casualty/Liability Insurance market, combining his hands-on insurance experience with his recruitment expertise. Taylor delivers targeted, informed solutions for brokers, MGAs, insurers, and candidates across the casualty and liability space.
Outside of work, Taylor continues to play competitive football and has recently discovered a new passion for padel, which has quickly become a firm favourite.
