The Job

  • Salary: £23,400
  • Year 1 OTE: £27,000+
  • Based in Perth
  • Lead generation, client outreach, booking meetings, building relationships
  • Training and mentoring from day one
  • A clear route into broking, management, or specialist divisions once you prove yourself

This isn't a "smash the phones and hope" role. It's about learning how businesses think, understanding risk, and opening doors that senior brokers then walk through.

You'll be immersed in building relationships with a real cross section of the commercial sector - speaking to businesses such as accountants, surveyors, architects, real estate, construction, engineering and hauliers to name just a few.

Day to day you'll be speaking to the owners and directors of these firms, identifying their insurance needs and building appointments for the senior executives to go and convert.

With rapid progression available, you'll soon start to have more detailed conversations around their risk programmes, insurance requirements and business operations.
