A leading private bank are looking for an Investment Management Assistant to join their team in Norwich.
This role is an excellent opportunity for somebody with strong experience within the financial services industry to receive excellent exposure and ownership of their day to day role. Working with seasoned investment management professionals, this role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to liaise and be a first point of contact for high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth clients.
Whilst you will be assisting the team, you will also be given a voice and responsibility that will help shape efficiency and future successes.
My client requires somebody with a pro-active, 'can-do' attitude along with a confident and professional telephone manner (due to the regular communication with clients).
Study support is available to achieve your CISI qualifications, should you wish to further your career within the industry.
Additional duties include;
- Management of team diaries
- Provide support for client meetings including; booking meeting rooms, prepare client information packs along with post-meeting support
- Be first point of contact for client queries and liaise with the management team
- Prepare, check and dispatch client records. Ensuring accuracy and compliance in accordance with regulatory requirements
