What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients across sectors like tech, renewables, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, and charities.
Handle renewals, MTAs, and placements (Acturis experience handy but not essential).
Support Execs on new business pitches and projects.
Work across all the main commercial lines - no pigeonholes.
Progression That's Real
This is part of a clear succession plan. You'll get the mentoring, technical support, and freedom to grow into an Exec or Manager role. Some people here have gone from Broker to Senior Manager in under five years.
What You'll Need
Commercial insurance broking experience
Confidence managing client relationships and key covers
Someone who thrives in a supportive, independent environment without layers of red tape
Based in Lanarkshire or nearby
