Paraplanning Manager

A financial advisory group experiencing strong year on year growth are seeking a skilled and motivated Paraplanning Manager to lead and shape their paraplanning function.

About the Role:
This is a new position, offering a blend of high-level technical responsibility and leadership. You will head up a team of paraplanners based across the UK and play a key role in delivering high-quality support to our advisers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a national paraplanning team
  • Provide advanced technical paraplanning support
  • Mentor and train team members, including new starters
  • Oversee WIP management and ensure deadlines are met
  • Standardise and improve paraplanning processes using Intelligent Office
  • Support complex case work and collaborate with the Case Review Team
  • Contribute to ongoing business initiatives and operational projects



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma (working towards Chartered or Advanced Diploma desirable)
  • Industry experience
  • Proficient in research tools including Defaqto, FE Analytics, and Cashcalc
  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive and collaborative leadership style
