We are currently partnering with a top-100 independent broker who are on the lookout for talented Producers that are looking to elevate their market exposure and earnings.

How, I hear you ask?

Let me break it down.

You will enjoy the flexibility, ownership and autonomy of an independent brokerage, with the market connectivity synonymous with top quartile businesses, meaning the platform to succeed is already there, you just have to get on.

You'll have direct access to a Sales Leader who has a track record of developing high-performance teams. Not through militant KPI's but by having a vision, a well-defined strategy and ongoing support and coaching; not just a PowerPoint presentation on your first day.

About the business
This is a firm that has deep-rooted connectivity in the market, priding itself on providing clients with choice and flexibility. They have a solid service model, including an exceptional in-house claims team and a dedicated marketing division. Meaning you can focus on the bits that are important to you.
You will be joining at a pivotal point for the business. Where new ideas and ways of doing things are encouraged as opposed to acknowledged and forgotten about.
