Job description
As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll work closely with a knowledgeable team of handlers and account executives, supporting a diverse portfolio of cross-class commercial business with premiums ranging from SME up to Corporate led clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of commercial insurance renewals, mid-term adjustments and client queries.
- Work across a variety of commercial classes including property, liability, motor, and more.
- Support Account Executives with preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
What You'll Bring
- Experience working as a Commercial Account Handler or similar insurance role.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client-handling skills.
