You will be a safe pair of hands competent in supporting the director. This includes managing the inbox and documentation so nothing important gets lost, overseeing a steady flow of mid-corporate renewals each month, and preparing clear pre-renewal agendas to keep client discussions focused and productive.

There's also regular client communication to stay on top of, along with ensuring that once deals are agreed, all the necessary paperwork and processes are completed accurately and on time. Old-school broking, done properly.

This is not a high-volume, data-inputting role, it's a role for a true professional who "knows their onions" and thrives on building relationships.
