The Opportunity - A Role That Rarely Comes to Market

• This isn't a standard Account Executive role where you'll be starting from scratch. The most compelling part? As a Senior Client Director, you will inherit a significant, established book of business worth circa £400,000 in income from your very first day.
• This allows you to focus on what you do best: building deep, lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, rather than facing the immediate pressure of pure new business development.

What They Are Looking For in You:

My client needs a safe pair of hands and someone with the personality to build genuine rapport.

• You will have experience managing corporate or mid-corporate clients, ideally from a national broker background.
• You are personable, professional, and confident in front of clients paying £50k+ in premiums.
• ACII qualification is highly desirable.
• You are looking to be part of a collaborative team, not just a cog in a machine.

The Rewards:

• Basic Salary: £75,000 - £80,000
• Car Allowance: £5,000 (with a view to increase)
• Bonus: A very achievable structure of up to 25% of salary, giving a realistic OTE of £100,000.
• Benefits: Full package including Bupa, critical illness, and death in service.
