Join a highly regarded financial planning firm in Glasgow as a Trainee Paraplanner. This role offers a unique chance for individuals with an IFA background to enhance their technical skills and advance in the field of paraplanning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and upkeep of client files and compliance documents.
  • Conducting market research, cash flow analysis, and portfolio reviews.
  • Crafting suitability reports and personalized financial plans.
  • Supporting annual reviews and participating in client meetings.
  • Assisting in implementing client recommendations.
  • Staying updated on financial planning, taxation, legislation, and FCA guidelines.

    Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services support.
  • Progression towards Level 4 Certificate in Paraplanning (minimum 2 completed CII exams).
  • Strong knowledge in pensions, ISAs, trusts, IHT planning, and compliance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organized with keen attention to detail and effective workload prioritization.
  • Professional, client-oriented, and a collaborative team member.
