Job description
One of the top Wealth Management organisations in the UK are looking to add to their successful support team in central London with an additional Business Support Administrator.
This team provide an important function in supporting the Financial Planning division and some of the key responsibilities are:
- Track and examine problems to ensure timely resolution of any outstanding issues
- Ensure that all telephone and email requests are actioned and filed methodically so that a full audit trail for adjustments is accessible at all times
- Identify system enhancements to help ensure that the full potential of the CRM is utilised across all business lines
- Maintain client records including the closing of closing of clients in line with firms' policy, the raising of fees and credit notes when requested by the business and in line with firms' policy, the correct VAT status is applied
- Ensure that the correct VAT status is applied to each client/engagement
- Download information from CRM and manipulate in excel to user requirements
- Maintain staff records to include the input of staff data provided by HR Services relating to joiners, leavers and department transfers
- Assist with the month end close of the system
Who we want for the role? We can consider experienced Business Administrators or college leavers or graduates who can demonstrate the following:
- Strong attention to detail including manipulating and inputting data
- Able to prioritise workloads and work towards strict time-frames
- High level of skills on full Microsoft suite including word (you will be creating internal documents/emails/correspondence) and Excel
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude to your work. Must be keen to learn, develop, take guidance and take responsibility
