Are you experienced in Acturis and passionate about shaping innovative insurance solutions? Our client, a dynamic Broker company based in London, is seeking a permanent Head of Applications to lead their application landscape, including policy admin, claims, CRM, and customer portals. In this collaborative role, you'll develop and execute the application strategy, oversee system performance, and manage a talented team of specialists and architects. Working closely with business units and external vendors, you'll drive application transformation initiatives such as system upgrades and cloud migrations, ensuring compliance with FCA and GDPR regulations.
Proven experience managing enterprise applications within a growing insurance broker environment.
Hands-on experience with Acturis, riskServe, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, middleware, and cloud environments like Azure.
At least 5+ years supporting insurance workflows including policy administration and claims.
Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
