IDEX Consulting is pleased to announce that Geoff Guerin has joined the company board as Strategy and Sustainability Director. Supporting the IDEX growth plan, Geoff will play a key part in ensuring business goals are aligned to the IDEX vision and goals.
As the business continues to innovate and scale up its operations, it will do this in a sustainable way, with clear Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) commitments that drive greater responsibility and accountability. Geoff will be integral to this work, ensuring the business delivers these commitments, as well as supporting clients with their own ESG strategy.

Geoff has over 16 years’ experience of change and transformation programmes, working in a number of senior commercial and strategic roles, in regulated environments across professional services.
Geoff was previously the Chief Strategy and Operating Officer of a £50m company. This included holding the Managing Director roles for their three commercially facing subsidiary businesses, an insurer, health and well-being provider and occupational health business’.
