Specialising in Insurance recruitment across the West Midlands & South West, Adam recruits from entry level to board level and has vast of experience in senior appointments.

Adam joined IDEX after a successful spell working for the insurance division of Hays. Prior to that, he worked for RSA as an Underwriter and an E Trading BDM. Adam embarked on a journey with IDEX because a quality service is our core value and is not KPI driven.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys sports, socialising and spending time with his family
