Geoff has over 16 years experience working at board level within the insurance, employee benefits, and occupational health sectors. He has worked with Boards of Directors, to set business strategy and successfully execute it.
His responsibilities have included being the Managing Director of an insurance business, an employee benefits business, and an occupational health business, and working as a Chief Operating Officer to drive business change, and inspiring others to succeed.
He has an MBA, achieved the Chartered Director qualification from the Institute of Directors, and the ACII qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute. He is now completing a MSc in Sustainability due to the high level of importance of this topic within business.
Geoff is the Strategy and Sustainability Director. This role is focussed on the definition and execution of the IDEX Consulting strategy, which is inclusive of operating sustainably. He will be working with everyone within the business to align the business activities with the strategic goals of the business.
Geoff is married with two young daughters who keep him on his toes...or in post as a permenant taxi driver taking them to every ballet, tap, and swimming class! He enjoys running, cycling, and swimming and has completed running and triathlon challenges of numerous distances. Whilst jumping into a cold lake for a swim might not work for everyone, he assures us it is a great way to feel good on a summers evening.
