About
Kim has worked in the insurance industry since 2005. Beginning her career in underwriting then progressing into various sales and business development roles for a number of insurance companies, until finding her passion in M&A, whilst working for a broker network for the past five years. Kim has been involved in successfully supporting a number of broker acquisitions of varying size and complexity, providing support to both buyers and sellers throughout the acquisition process.
Kim has joined IDEX as an M&A and Growth Business Specialist. Her remit involves working with a panel of Brokers, establishing their business plans for the future and lending support throughout the journey, which will include making crucial business introductions to both buyers and sellers.
Outside of work, Kim loves to travel and especially enjoys a weekend city break. She will often fill holidays with as many excursions and activities as possible as she enjoys new experiences and pushing herself outside of her comfort zone.
