With a solid foundation built from hands-on experience in the insurance industry, Luis began his professional journey at a local insurance broker. This role provided him with invaluable insight into the core principles and operations that drive the industry. Starting with the fundamentals, he quickly developed a deep understanding of insurance processes and customer needs. As he progressed, he expanded his knowledge beyond the basics, exploring the broader landscape of the insurance sector and gaining exposure to more complex aspects of the industry.
As sales support to the Commercial Director, he plays a key role in helping drive commercial success across the business. In this remit, he will manage key client and candidate interactions, assist with marketing activity, and coordinate operational administration, to ensure day-to-day efficiency. Luis is passionate about streamlining processes and enhancing communication, all to support the delivery of excellent service across the board.
Outside of work, Luis is a big football fan, both playing and watching the game whenever he gets the chance. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and is often the one organising events or booking weekends away to explore new places and make great memories.
