Tom brings over three years of experience within the financial services recruitment market, specialising in wealth distribution. During this time, he has built a strong understanding of the investment/asset management landscape, supporting local, national advice businesses and investment providers with strategic hires.

For the past three years, Tom has focused on recruiting distribution professionals, developing a consultative and relationship-led approach with both clients and candidates.

At IDEX Consulting, Tom works across the East Midlands wealth management market, delivering informed, targeted recruitment solutions that align with firms’ long-term growth strategies.

Outside of work, Tom is passionate about all aspects of sport, being an avid Arsenal fan and keen golfer.
