Emma is a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant and joined IDEX with the ambition and mandate to grow the private practice legal recruitment offering in the regions.

She has over 15 years’ worth of experience in the legal sector, appointing top quality legal talent into law firms nationally, but with expertise focused in the regional markets. Emma has spent the last decade cultivating and developing relationships with clients and candidates alike, and therefore has a strong understanding of the sector specialisms, what her key clients can offer in terms of culture and professional development for candidates, as well as what is important to a lawyer in today’s legal world.

Working with key clients nationally, Emma is experienced in using both an Executive Search approach as well as contingency recruitment, very much depending on the client needs and ambitions. She works closely with clients to help them realise their long term strategic growth plans, including assisting in opening new offices in different cities or locations.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time at the yoga studio, and a glass of wine (or two!).
