IDEX celebrates 10 years of success!

This December, we're not just celebrating Christmas – 2016 is also IDEX's 10th birthday!

Our company was born back in 2006; a new, exciting talent management business specifically designed to put clients and candidates first. While assessing the landscape of recruitment agencies, our founder Matt Green, saw that most agencies lacked a long-term commitment to recruitment.

He surmised that there was a huge opportunity to create a business that not only paired great candidates with the right opportunities for them – but also provided support and development to maximise their impact and ensure high levels of retention.

And so, IDEX was born. Matt started the business in Wombourne, Staffordshire and since then, we've gone from strength to strength. We've progressively grown our team, expanded our presence in Birmingham City Centre and opened a new office in the heart of London.

The story, of course, doesn't stop there. As we look back to our humble beginnings, we also look forward to what's next. In 2017, we're planning to significantly grow our team again and continue to establish ourselves as the 'go-to' consultancy in our vertical markets.
