Are you a highly experienced commercial lines Account Executive seeking a unique opportunity to manage a book of business that won't be under attack?

A well-established and respected brokerage is seeking a talented individual to join their close-knit team in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a significant portfolio of clients and build strong, long-term relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams and directors to ensure seamless client service
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within the existing book, focusing on year-on-year growth
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance regulations


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial lines account management
  • Strong technical knowledge across various commercial lines, including real estate, construction, restaurants, and retail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience managing clients with premiums from £50k to £1m
