Account Executive

Job description

Recruiting on behalf of a well known brand in the commercial insurance space who are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team in the North, reporting into our Liverpool office. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their insurance requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Negotiating with insurers to obtain the best possible terms for clients
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and attending networking events
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM system
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that client queries and concerns are dealt with promptly and professionally


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
  • A sound knowledge of insurance products and the insurance market
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
  • A professional and ethical approach to business
