A leading National Broker is looking to grow their stable friendly team in with a new Account Executive. They are happy to give someone a book as a starting point, but the real opportunity here is having the freedom to craft and grow a book truly suited to you.
The team deal with a range of mid-market commercial insurance clients including Property Owners, Tech companies, Transportation and Logistics, Construction etc.
They want new members of the team to focus on a community or industry area of their choice and build a plan for the first 3/ 6/ 12 months, with the full support of the management including the provision of sales training and industry insights.
Quarterly commission is on offer for new business secured as well as an annual bonus, meaning you will see both short-term and long-time rewards.
Naturally there is a new-business target, but if the right people are doing the right activities, they will be patient with the results and support you throughout.
A grounding in Property and Casualty insurance would be ideal for this role, along with client-facing experience and a track record of both winning and managing clients. Driven & ambitious Account Handlers may also be considered if they demonstrate a real hunger to move into an Account Executive role and have a solid commercial background
Most importantly they are looking for a driven individuals, confident in front of clients and not afraid to work tenaciously and methodically to build a solid portfolio of business.
