As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing agricultural and commercial cases of various size and complexity. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and providing them with expert guidance and solutions. This position requires an understanding of the agricultural and commercial sectors, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and underwriting teams to provide comprehensive support throughout the insurance process.
  • Assess and analyse clients' risks and exposures, recommending appropriate coverage options.
  • Prepare accurate documentation, including policy quotes, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional insurance products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions
  • Handle client inquiries, claims, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing timely resolutions.
