What We're Looking For:

  • Account Handling Expertise: Bring your expertise in account management and client relations to the table. Your ability to build and nurture client relationships will be crucial in driving our business forward.
  • Experience of handling SME level premiums, issuing new quotations, renewals and adjustments to a spectrum of clients across different classes of industry sectors.
  • Use your commercial insurance knowledge to nurture relationships with both execs and clients.
  • Strategic Thinker: We value individuals who can think strategically and contribute fresh ideas to our team. Your insights will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.
  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication is key. As an Account Handler, you'll be expected to convey complex ideas with ease, both internally and with our valued clients.

In return you will work within a collaborative team where you can grow your career either by specialising in specific product lines and being a seen as a true specialist in PI, Motor trade, Commercial Property for example or developing to a senior broker within the division. You also will receive a market leading salary to £40k per annum.
