Client Delivery Manager
Account Handler - SME

- Managing a portfolio of SME clients and developing strong relationships with them
- Identifying and assessing client's insurance needs and recommending suitable insurance products and solutions
- Liaising with insurance underwriters and negotiating insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients
- Issuing and administering insurance policies, including handling renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
- Responding to client's queries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally
- Monitoring client's insurance requirements and recommending adjustments to their insurance policies as necessary
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client's insurance policies, claims, and interactions
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and regulatory requirements, and sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients
- Collaborating with colleagues in other departments, such as claims, risk management, and marketing, to provide a holistic service to clients
