Job description

Idex Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join an IFA practice in Edinburgh.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Using automated letter of authority process
  • Extracting provider information into the template with the aid of AI
  • Generating additional information requests to be sent to providers
  • Making additional information requests via email and telephone

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as an Administrator within a Financial Service environment, either from an IFA or Provider/third party background. You will have solid communication and articulation skills and attention to detail is key.
