Agriculture Senior Associate

An excellent new opening for an ambitious Agriculture Lawyer to join this forward thinking Tier 1 practice based in Oxfordshire.

Our client has an excellent reputation for rural sector work in Oxfordshire and the South East and is looking to invest in strengthening its Agriculture sector practice with the appointment of an experienced lawyer, likely at Associate or Senior Associate level or equivalent.

Working in a dedicated Agriculture team, you'll be advising a range of clients including farmers, agricultural land owners, rural business owners and HNW individuals on a range of agricultural property and rural matters including the sales and purchases of agricultural farmland, woodland, and open countryside and country homes, auction sales, countryside stewardship schemes and issues arising from rural regulatory work. Experience of advising on agricultural tenancies and licenses and the selling and buying of farms is required and a clear interest or background in farming is welcomed.

An excellent opportunity offering genuinely exciting long-term prospects, this role would suit an experienced rural sector lawyer keen to join a friendly and flexible top tier firm with deeply embedded roots in the ARA sector and where Agriculture work is at the heart of the business.
