Key responsibilities

New business and renewal underwriting of risks, demonstrating consistent risk evaluation and pricing to set coverage, pricing and negotiate terms and conditions in line with the UK and European Property underwriting strategy

• Work closely with the wider team to deliver the strategy and drive profitable growth.
• Manage and develop relationships with brokers in support of business retention, acquisition, and their customer's insurance needs.
• Demonstrate trading and negotiation skills.
• Administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines and insurance laws and regulations.
• Cross-Selling of other lines of business
• Timely and accurately issuance of policy documentation.
• Support in the development of junior members of the Team.
