A well-established, specialist Lloyds Insurance Broker have a brand new opportunity to join their multi-class aviation team. Inheriting an existing portfolio of business, you'll have the opportunity to deal with Producing Brokers operating within the Airlines, Aerospace and General Aviation sectors

As an Aviation Insurance Broker, you're naturally ambitious and entrepreneurial but you feel held back at your current employer. This role is a subject matter expert that also involves supervising the aviation broking team, contributing to operating plans, driving continuous improvement to ensure optimum operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.

On offer is a salary up to £90,000 + bonus + benefits including flex working from home.

With a development pathway provided, you'll have the opportunity to progress internally and increase your earnings.
